Real Nutrition Matters is written by Niki Kerr, a nutritionist with a BSc in Nutrition from King’s College London and a background spanning public-health nutrition, behaviour change and leadership coaching.

Her early work included analysing ready-made foods and contributing to early nutrition-labelling and food composition work used in national programmes.

Today she focuses on translating nutrition science, metabolism research and behavioural insight into practical guidance that helps busy people make better everyday food decisions.
